Fordeal UAE in brief

Fordeal UAE is an online marketplace with a large catalogue sold through its website and app. Because products come from many listings, prices and delivery estimates can vary a lot between items that look alike. That makes a few minutes of comparison worth more here than on a single brand store.

The range changes often, so the best way to see what is available is to search the site or app for the item you need. We do not list fixed categories or prices on this page, because they move too quickly to stay accurate.

How to save without a code

• Compare listings. Search for the same product and open two or three results. Check the price, the photos and the item details before adding one to the cart.
• Check the final total. Look at the full amount in the cart, including any delivery charge, before you pay. A cheaper item can end up costing more once delivery is added.
• Watch the deals in the app. Fordeal shows its own promotions in the app and on the site. These change without notice, so check them on the day you order.
• Read the return rules first. Many categories cannot be returned. Knowing this before you order avoids paying for something you cannot send back.
• Order with care for sizes. Fordeal does not offer exchanges, so a wrong size means a return and a new order rather than a quick swap.

Fordeal return policy

Fordeal supports free returns within 15 days of receiving an order, except for categories that are excluded. Exchanges are not offered. The following cannot be returned:

• Beauty products
• Underwear, swimwear, leggings and lingerie
• Jewellery accessories and luxury goods
• Opened audio and video products, software, mobile phones, iPads and smart watches
• Items that have been used, washed, changed or are missing their label
• Products damaged by misuse, collision, unauthorised repair or poor installation

How to request a return

• Open the Fordeal app and go to Account, then My orders, then Shipped.
• Select the order, submit an after sale request, choose a reason and upload photos as proof.
• Fordeal reviews the request and offers a solution within 48 hours.
• Once it is approved, customer service gives you the return address. Items must go back through a shipping company; drop offs at the warehouse are not accepted.

Refunds

How you get your money back depends on how you paid:

• Online payment: the refund goes to your bank account, and Fordeal gives a time frame of 15 to 30 business days.
• Cash on delivery: the refund goes to your Fordeal wallet in the app. You can withdraw it to a bank account from Account, then Account balance.

Fordeal says it refunds within 10 business days of the returned item reaching its warehouse. If you return something for your own reasons, the shipping fee is not refunded. If Fordeal made the mistake, it covers the reshipping cost.

Before you place an order

A short check saves most problems. Confirm the delivery address is in the UAE, read the size chart where there is one, and look at whether the item falls in a category that cannot be returned. If it does, be sure about it before paying. Keep the packaging and labels until you are happy with the item, since a missing label is enough for a return to be refused.

Fordeal’s own help centre in the app has the full rules and the latest updates. When a code becomes available for UAE orders, we will add it to this page. You can also browse other stores on CouponGizer while you wait.
