Kids & Baby

Boys’, girls’, baby, and newborn clothing — everyday basics, sets, and outerwear.

Accessories

Bags, belts, hats, socks, and seasonal accessories to complete an outfit.

Perfumes

Defacto’s fragrance and body-care lines for women and men.

First-order offer (أول طلب)

New Defacto Egypt shoppers often get an introductory saving on a first order — create an account and apply an eligible code above at your first checkout. Sign-up offers change, so check the current welcome offer at checkout.

App-only offers

The Defacto app periodically shows app-exclusive prices and coupons; installing the app and signing in surfaces them alongside the codes above.

Free shipping

Defacto Egypt generally offers free shipping on orders over 600 EGP. Below that threshold, standard shipping typically costs around 65 EGP for parcels up to 3 kg. The exact fee and any free-shipping threshold show at checkout.

Defacto Egypt generally accepts several ways to pay. Confirm the current options at checkout and apply your coupon code before you pay.

Cash on Delivery (الدفع عند الاستلام)

Cash on Delivery is widely available across Egypt — pay in cash to the courier when your order arrives. It’s the most common choice for first-time shoppers.

Cards & e-wallets

Defacto Egypt typically accepts Visa, Mastercard, and Meeza cards, plus mobile e-wallets. Options show at checkout.

Local installments

For larger orders, installment plans may be offered depending on the current partners — commonly options such as valU or bank-card installments. Availability changes, so confirm on the payment step.

Delivery across Egypt

Defacto delivers to Cairo, Giza, Alexandria, and cities across all governorates. Same-day / next-day options are typically fastest in Cairo and Giza. Delivery timing shows at checkout, and you get order tracking once it ships.

Returns & support

Defacto Egypt generally accepts returns within roughly 14 to 30 days of delivery on eligible items in their original condition. Start a return from your account, and reach Defacto Egypt customer service via WhatsApp or the website/app help centre. Always check an item’s return eligibility before ordering.
