Beauty Insider members must have at least 500 points in their current point bank and spend at least $10 to redeem. In addition, to become a VIB member, you must spend more than $350 on Sephora annually.

To collect points, “merchandise” includes all products sold on www.sephora.com and www.sephora.ca, in Sephora retail stores, in Sephora at Kohl’s stores, or Sephora merchandise online at www.kohls.com, Instacart, Instagram Checkout, Facebook Checkout, and YouTube Shopping. (Only Sephora items, and only if you use your registered Beauty Insider email address to place your order).
It also covers paying for in-store services such as Dry Bar Services and Brow Bar Services. The value of “merchandise” excludes e-gift cards, gift cards, a FLASH Shipping membership, tickets to special Sephora-sponsored events, taxes, and shipping. How Does the Beauty Insider Rewards Bazaar Work?
The Beauty Insider Rewards Bazaar is where Sephora, from time to time and at Sephora’s sole discretion, offers Rewards in exchange for a particular number of collected points ranging from 50 points to 100,000 points. The Rewards Bazaar offers are available for a short time, while supplies last, and are first-come, first-served. Each reward is limited in quantity, and clients must be registered Beauty Insiders to redeem points for Rewards Bazaar offerings.
Rewards can only be used in-store or sent to the United States or Canadian addresses. Beauty Insider members can only redeem points for one of each prize per purchase and must have enough Beauty Insider points in their Beauty Bank at the time of redemption. At the time of redemption, points will be removed.
Do Points Have An Expiration Date?
We encourage you to use your points frequently to reap the Beauty Insider program’s full benefits, including merchandise, gifts, experiences, and events. All unredeemed points expire after 12 months of no point activity associated with your Beauty Bank (purchase or redemption for Rewards or Birthday Gifts).

Are There Any Restrictions on The Rewards I Can Redeem?
Due to restricted availability, you can only redeem one unit of any Reward from the Rewards Bazaar in a single redemption transaction. Furthermore, you can redeem up to ten of the same type.
What is a Sephora Beauty Loyalty Program Rouge Reward, and Who Can Use It?
While supplies last, a Rouge Reward is a non-transferable $100 reward for Rouge members in exchange for 2,500 Beauty Insider points. A $100 Rouge Reward can be used online or in-store for product purchases. Please remember that the Rouge Reward can only be redeemed in the nation where it was purchased.
E-gift cards, gift cards, a FLASH Shipping membership, taxes, and shipping are not included in merchandise. Sephora employees at Kohl’s and Kohl’s are ineligible to redeem Rouge Rewards points. Rouge Reward cannot be used for orders placed for Buy Online, Pick Up In Store, or Same Day Delivery.
All exclusions are detailed in the terms and conditions. Rouge Rewards are valid 90 days from the confirmation email informing you that the Rouge Reward value has been added to your Beauty Insider account.
What Do Beauty Insider Store Events Entail?
Beauty Insider members may be invited to exclusive Insider, VIB, or Rouge events. Because space is limited for these events, registration is necessary in advance. To register for the beauty insider event, please follow the instructions in your invitation email. If an event sells out, a waitlist will be established, and clients will be notified of any remaining availability.
What Happens To My Beauty Insider Points if I Cancel Part Of My Order?
Beauty Insider Points are provided for all items purchased. If an item from your order has been canceled, you will not be charged and will not gain Beauty Insider points.
When I Return Something, What Happens To My Points?
All points earned from this purchase, including bonus points, will be withdrawn from your account when merchandise purchased with your Beauty Insider account is returned. Your account may have a negative balance following returned merchandise.
What Are The Rewards of the Sephora Beauty Loyalty Program?
Rewards are:
- Often deluxe product samples.
- Product bundles.
- Experiences that may be redeemed for a matching number of Beauty Bank points.
Rewards range from 50 to 749 points and can be used with any Sephora purchase, online or in-store. Online rewards ranging from 750 to 100,000 points do not require an item purchase and come with free standard shipping. VIB and Rouge members can also earn unique Rewards, such as full-size goods, while Rouge members can get a $100 Rouge Reward.
