You can redeem the beauty insider points at checkout at Sephora and Sephora at Kohl’s, in-store and online locations. If you neglect to select Beauty Insider Cash at checkout, you will be given another chance when you finalize your payment method.
Beauty Insider Points may be exchanged for rewards made available by Sephora at its sole discretion from time to time (“Rewards”). If you have enough Beauty Insider Points in your Beauty Bank for that specific Reward, you can redeem them for that Reward. The Reward’s retail value does not contribute towards Sephora’s free shipping threshold. Rewards can only be redeemed in-store or online to people in the United States or Canada.
How Often Do Sephora Beauty Insider Points Expire?
Using your Beauty Insider Points frequently is important to avoid expiration points. When any program member has no interaction o engagement in Beauty Insider Point activity related to that membership account (through purchase or redemption) for 12 months or longer, all unredeemed Beauty Insider Points will expire.

The 3 Tier Of Memberships In The Program

Insider
Upon enrolment, all members are automatically classified as Insiders. Subject to withdrawal from the Program (as detailed in Section 8 below), a member will remain an Insider indefinitely unless the minimum yearly spend required to earn VIB or Rouge status is met.

VIB (Very Important Beauty Insider Member)
VIB designation is awarded to registered Beauty Insider members who spend at least $350 on fulfilled item orders within a calendar year (January 1st – December 31st). VIB status is valid for the year the Beauty Insider member is qualified and the following full calendar year; annual requalification is required afterward. If a member is not qualified for VIB status and or Rouge status, the member’s status will be reduced to Beauty Insider.

Rouge
Rouge status is awarded to registered Beauty Insider members who spend at least $1,000 on fulfilled retail orders within a calendar year (January 1st – December 31st). Rouge status is valid for the year the Beauty Insider member is qualified and the following full calendar year; requalification is necessary annually after that. If a member does not qualify enough for Rouge and VIB status, the member’s status will be reduced to Insider.

Tier Benefits and Rewards Explained
Standard Shipping Benefit
All Beauty Insider members will enjoy free standard delivery on all qualifying online purchases in the United States and Canada. The basic shipping incentive is not available for international shipment or on Kohls.com.
It is important to check out with a valid Beauty Insider account to receive the regular shipping benefit. There is no monetary value to the benefit. There will be no modifications to existing purchases. The benefit is non-transferable. Sephora reserves the right to update, modify, or terminate this benefit.
Cash Reward for Beauty Insiders
Beauty Insider Cash is a $10 discount applied to the purchase price of items offered to all Beauty Insider members in exchange for 500 Beauty Insider Points. (Depending on the country of redemption, the $10 discount is either US dollars or Canadian dollars; no exchange rate is used.)
The Beauty Insider Cash Reward can be used to buy items online or at Kohls.com (with a shipping address in the United States (excluding Puerto Rico) or Canada) or in Sephora stores in the United States, Sephora at Kohl’s stores and Sephora in Canada. Beauty Insider Cash is not good for orders shipped outside the United States or Canada.
Beauty Insider Birthday Gift Advantage
During the month of their birthday, all Beauty Insider members are eligible to redeem one Birthday Gift per year per postal address. Please visit the Beauty Insider benefits page to examine the various Birthday Gift options for your Beauty Insider status. The type and amount of Birthday Gift selections vary by location, including Sephora at Kohl’s, Kohls.com, and membership tier, as well as between the United States and Canada.
